Roger Smith focuses his 20-year legal career exclusively on helping people who have been injured by the negligence of others. Roger stands fast to his philosophy of sorting the real issues from the nonissues for a streamlined and clean presentation in settlement negotiations and trials. In recognition of his dedication and accomplishments to injured clients, the New Mexico ACLU honored Roger as one of the Cooperating Attorneys of the Year in 2005.
Roger is a native New Mexican who was raised in Albuquerque and attended Albuquerque High School. After graduating from the University of New Mexico, Roger remained in his hometown to open a personal injury law practice with his father Jack Smith. The father-son team worked together on a wide variety of civil and criminal defense cases during their partnership from 1993 to 2000.
