Virginia Barrow has been with Revo Smith Law for just over two years, but in that short time has brought her positive influence with her. Virginia, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree, brings to the firm her knowledge and experience in the health care field as a Medical Assistant for Cardio-Pulmonary, Endodontic, Chiropractic, Podiatric, Physicians over many years.
Her business career spans 30 years as a Neuromuscular Therapist and Instructor of Anatomy & Physiology, and Advanced Therapies. She was elected National President of the American Massage Therapy Association, and served on the non-profit’s National Board of Directors for a decade, assisting in establishing a Research Foundation and National Certification. She continues to remain active in the Massage Therapy community volunteering as mentor and instructor.
She also volunteered with the United Way & Catholic Social Services program for teen mothers who wanted to finish high school instead of dropping out by assisting with day care of babies and toddlers while the teen mothers finished high school. She volunteered with the Southwest Canine Corp taking her highly trained dog to rehab facilities, hospitals, veteran’s center, and retirement villages as part of the dog-therapy program for residents in those facilities.
She enjoys gardening and country-western swing dancing!
